2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General with Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. It is submitted that earlier, Criminal Jail Appeal Nos. 64 of 2023, 65 of 2023 and 66 of 2023 were preferred by the convicts from Jail. Thereafter the convicts engaged the services of the Counsels, and again separate appeal numbers have been assigned being CRLA Nos.263 of 2023, 261 of 2023 and 262 of 2023 respectively.

4. Virtually, two appeal numbers have been assigned for an appeal filed by the same convict against the same judgment of conviction and sentence.

5. Registrar (Judicial) to look into this matter and submit a report to the Court.

6. List on 09.04.2025 along with connected matters.
