(per Mr. G. Narendar, C.J.)

On the last date of hearing, i.e. on

07.03.2025, learned counsel for the respondent had

submitted that the issue was already pending before

the Facilitation Council as the respondent is a MSME

and the Act mandates mediation and settlement

through Facilitation Council.

2. In that view of the matter, the instant

Arbitration Application is disposed of without

pronouncing on the merits of the application.

3. As a sequel thereto, pending application, if

any, shall stand closed.
