The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Ms. Ritu Bahri)

Learned State Counsel has informed that

there is a dispute with regard to sale of some property.

The first detailed representation was made by the

petitioner to the Police Station Kashipur, (Annexure-3,

at Page No.26), on 30.08.2024, and the petitioner has

also made a representation to the Additional

Superintendent of Police, Kashipur, District Udham

Singh Nagar on 04.09.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not

disputing the fact that there is dispute with regard to

sale of some property, which the petitioner has

purchased vide sale deed dated 28.08.2024. The 2024:UHC:6802-DB petitioner is apprehending threat from respondent

nos.4 to 8, as per detailed representation dated

30.08.2024 (Annexure-3).

3. Notice of motion. Learned State Counsel

accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3.

4. At this stage, the writ petition is being

disposed of by giving direction to the respondents-

authorities to look into the representation as well the

threat perception given to the petitioner, and necessary

protection be provided to the petitioner in accordance

with law.

5. The writ petition is disposed of in the above

terms.

6. Pending application, if any, also stands

disposed of.
