Counsel for the petitioner states that the
present Writ Petition (PIL) has rendered infructuous, as
elections of the Gram Pradhan have already been
conducted in December, 2023.
2. In view of the statement made by learned
counsel for the petitioners, the present Writ Petition
(PIL) is dismissed as infructuous.
3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand
disposed of accordingly.
