JUDGMENT

The challenge in this revision is made to
the order framing charge dated 18.01.2013, passed in
Sessions Trial No.205 of 2022, State vs. Lalit Yadav, in
the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Kashipur,
District Udham Singh Nagar, by which, charges under
Sections 307, 452, 506 IPC have been framed. The
revisionist also sought compounding of the offences.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the record.
3. The revision was delayed. A Delay
Condonation Application (IA) No.2 of 2023 has been
filed. Yet neither delay has been condoned nor the
revision has been admitted. Now, Withdrawal
Application (IA) No.4 of 2024 has been filed with the
request that the revisionist may be permitted to
withdraw the revision with the liberty to file fresh C-482
application.
4. Since, the revision has yet not been
admitted. It stands dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending application, if any, stands
disposed of.
