Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court
made the following
JUDGMENT :

Petitioner has filed FIR No. 122 of 20203

(Annexure-1 to the writ petition) at Police Station

Pathri, Haridwar.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent

Nos. 4 and 5 and two unknown persons are threatening

the petitioner.

3. Notice of motion.

4. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General for

the State, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.

1 to 3.

5. This petition itself is taken as the representation of

the petitioner. The petitioner can approach the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 seeking protection and

respondent Nos. 1 to 3 can take appropriate steps as

per law after hearing the petitioner.

6. This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
