Counsel for the High Court of Uttarakhand has

informed that vide Corrigendum dated 21.09.2023,

Notification dated 17.11.2022 has been modified, and it

has now to be read as "By order of Hon'ble Court",

instead of "By order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice".

2. Since the notification dated 17.11.2022 has

now been amended, no further directions are required to

be given in these Writ Petitions.

3. These Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed

of.

4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand

disposed of accordingly.
