Judgment: (per Ms. Ritu Bahri, C.J.)
        As per Aadhar card of the petitioner no.1
Manju, her date of birth is 01.04.2006, Annexure no.1,
to the writ petition, and as per Aadhar card of petitioner
no.2 Aniket Gangwar, his date of birth is 02.07.2000,
Annexure no.2, to the writ petition. Their affidavits have
also been filed along with the writ petition. Petitioner
no.1 has made a representation dated 29.04.2024, to
the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Udham
Singh Nagar, that they want to get married and the
family members of Smt. Manju, are opposing this
marriage. Mother of petitioner no.2 Aniket Gangwar, is
also present in the Court today.

2.          A representation dated 29.04.2024, has been
made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, District
Udham Singh Nagar, seeking security as they have
eloped.

3.          Without commenting on the merits of this
case, this writ petition is being disposed of giving
direction to the SSP, Udham Singh Nagar, to look into
the representation dated 29.04.2024, Annexure no.3, to
the writ petition, to give protection to the petitioners, in
case, they are facing threats from the family members of
Smt. Manju.
