This is an appeal filed under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 19.06.2023, passed by Special Sessions Judge (POCSO), Pithoragarh in Special Sessions Trial No.22 of 2021, whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under:- S. 4. As per the office report, there is delay of 33 days in filing this appeal.
5. The appeal is accompanied with a delay condonation application.
6. Learned counsel for the State submits that he do not propose to file any objection for the said application and he fairly submits that the delay can be condoned.
7. For the reason indicated in the delay condonation application, we condone the delay.
8. Accordingly, the application seeking condonation of delay is allowed.
