2. This is a Government Appeal filed under Section 378(3) CrPC against the judgment and order dated 03.04.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Uttarkashi in Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2018, whereby respondent has been acquitted for the charges of offence under Section 307 & 506 IPC.
