1. Mr. Arvind Vashisth, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Devansh Kaushik, appears for the petitioner and Mr. Devendra Singh Bohra, learned Standing Counsel appears for the State.

2. The order of the District Magistrate, Haridwar dated 23.06.2023 gives reference of the judgment rendered by this Court on 15.06.2018 in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 199 of 2016 Pukhraj & others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others.

3. According to the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the entire action has been taken pursuant to the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in the aforesaid judgment.

4. Therefore, the Registry is directed to place this matter before the Division Bench dealing with the PIL matters.
