Present Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment dated 08.08.2023, passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Rishikesh, District Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No.31 of 2019, by which the Appeal, filed against the judgment dated 02.03.2019, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh, District Dehradun in Criminal Case No.410 of 2017, by which, the revisionists - accused persons were convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of five years along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- each for the offence under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been dismissed.
