2. At the time of hearing, it is observed that the type version of the order of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nainital is not correctly typed and there are many mistakes in the spelling of the words.

3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted time to file correct typed copy of the said impugned judgment.
