2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The revision has been preferred by the revisionist-husband against the judgment and order dated 03.04.2023 by which the maintenance of Rs.15,000/- was awarded to respondent no.2-wife and Rs.5,000/- was awarded to respondent no.3-Master Addhyann.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the revisionist, the revision is admitted.
5. Issue notice to respondent nos.2 & 3.
6. Let the LCR be summoned.
7. In the meantime, revisionist will keep on depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- as maintenance to respondent no.2 by 10th of every month. Subject to the compliance of this order the arrears of maintenance, which is to be paid by the revisionist-husband with effect from 22.09.2022 shall remain stayed.
