2. Mr. K.S. Rawal, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. The instant revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 13.06.2012, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tehri Garhwal in Criminal Revision No.10 of 2009, Ummed Singh Panwar vs. Shiv Raj Singh Bhandari & another, whereby the order dated 20.01.2009, passed by learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Tehri Garhwal in Criminal Case No.9 of 2005, Ummed Singh vs. Shiv Raj Singh, discharging the Shiv Raj Singh has been set-aside.
4. From the order-sheet, it is reflected that no interim order has been passed by this Court in the present criminal revision.
5. Today, learned counsel for the revisionist has informed the Court that the trial in the case has already been concluded, which resulted into acquittal of the revisionist.
6. In this view of the matter, the criminal revision has rendered infructuous.
7. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
