1. Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. K.N. Joshi, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent nos. 1 to 3.

3. Mr. Vipul Sharma has pointed out that this Court has already entertained a similar Writ Petition, one of which is WPSB No. 568 of 2022.

4. Issue notice.

5. Counsel for the respondents appear and accepts notice.

6. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed before the next date.

7. List on 24.07.2023, along with WPSB No. 568 of 2022.

8. In the meantime, the respondents should examine the case of the petitioners. In case it is found that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgments rendered by this Court in WPSB No. 179 of 2018, 'Dr. Abhishek Bandooni and others v. State of Uttarakhand and others', decided on 02.11.2018, and WPSB No. 282 of 2021, 'Pradeep Singh and others v. State of Uttarakhand and others', decided on 27.09.2021, the respondents should deal with the claim of the petitioners in the light of the said judgments.
