JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
The petitioner is a public servant. The disputes
raised by the petitioner squarely fall for consideration within
the jurisdiction of the Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal.
2. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the
present writ petition.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
petitioner to approach the Uttarakhand Public Services
Tribunal.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
