Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 3 submits that the decision rendered in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 155 of 2020, on 16.11.2021, would have a bearing on the present matter.
Let the said judgment be placed on record.
An affidavit shall also be filed by respondent nos. 1 to 3, stating as to what is the status with regard to the implementation of the said judgment. The affidavit be filed within three weeks.
In the meantime, the petitioner may file the rejoinder to the counter affidavit of respondent no. 1 within the same period.
