The appellant is convicted by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge P.O.C.S.O., Roorkee, Haridwar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 (a) (b), 506 IPC and 5(m)/6 of POCSO Act in Sessions Trial No.177 of 2021, whereby the appellant was convicted under Section 363 of IPC and sentenced to undergo four years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of `10,000/- in lieu of fine three months additional imprisonment, under Section 366-A of IPC and sentenced to undergo four years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of `10,000/- in lieu of fine three months simple imprisonment, under Section 506 of IPC and sentenced to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of `5,000/- in lieu of fine three months additional imprisonment and under Section 5(m)/6 of POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo twenty years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of `50,000/- in lieu of fine six months additional imprisonment. All sentences were directed to run concurrently.

4. Feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment dated 26.07.2023, the appellant has approached this Court under Section 374 of Cr.P.C.
