2. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General with Mr. Rakesh Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Vide judgment dated 10/11.08.2023, both the appellants are convicted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karanprayag, Chamoli in Sessions Trial No. 3 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with a fine of `25,000/- each and in lieu of fine to undergo six months additional imprisonment. They are further convicted under Section 201 r/w Section 34 and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for seven years with a fine of `10,000/- each and in lieu of fine to undergo two months simple additional simple imprisonment.
4. Feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment dated 10/11.08.2023, the appellant has approached this Court under Section 374 (2) of Cr.P.C.
5. As per the office report, the appeal is within time.
