3. This is victim's appeal under Section 341 CrPC against judgment dated 16.01.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No. 127 of 2017. By the impugned judgment, while acquitting the accused persons for offences punishable under Sections 506, 323, 376, 376(2) (n) IPC and Sections 3(a)/4 and 5(l)/6 POCSO Act, direction is issued to initiate proceedings under Section 340 CrPC against victim.

4. There is delay of 156 days in filing this appeal.

5. Issue notice to respondent no. 2, returnable within four weeks. In addition to normal mode of service, appellant is permitted to serve the respondent no. 2, personally.

6. Steps to be taken within 24 hours.
