Mr. Pande submits that upon opening of the

financial bids, it is emerged that the petitioner's bid is not the

lowest.

2. In these circumstances, he does not press this writ

petition.

3. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
