2. We have interacted with the parties.

3. The parties have arrived at a settlement.

4. The appellant has agreed to receive Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) towards full and final settlement of all her claims, in respect of alimony, streedhan, arrears of maintenance etc., as on date.

5. The respondent has agreed to make payment of the first installment of Rs.5,00,000/- on the next date, and the balance installment of Rs.5,00,000/- within one year from today.

6. On the respondent's making payment of the first installment, the appellant agrees to withdraw the present appeal, and to let the impugned judgment and decree attain finality.

7. Let the respondent bring the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, to be paid to the appellant, on the next date.

8. List the matter on 10.05.2023.
