Rashmi Versus Rajkumar and others, by the court of Judicial Magistrate, Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar as well as judgment and order dated 25.08.2022, passed in Criminal Appeal No.355 of 2021, Rajkumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and another, by the court of 3rd Additional District Judge, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar.
Heard.
It is an order under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, by which residence order has also been passed.
It is argued by learned counsel for the revisionist that if both the revisionist and the private respondent stay in one house, it may create a lot of tension in day to day life. Therefore, the revisionist is ready to provide alternate accommodation to the private respondent.
Having heard, this Court is of the view that this matter definitely requires deliberations.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2 returnable within 4 weeks.
