This is a correction application for correction in the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has crept in 5th line from bottom in paragraph 2 at page 2 of the judgment, instead of "District Magistrate" "District Judge" has been typed.

Hence, correction application 2 of 2022 is allowed.

Let the word "Judge" as mentioned above, be deleted in its place the word "Magistrate" be inserted. Rest of the order shall remain unchanged. Office to carry out the correction forthwith.
