The present C482 application has been preferred by the applicant seeking an appropriate direction to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO, Dehradun, to expedite the proceedings of the pending Special Sessions Trial No.76 of 2020, "State Vs. Arvind Kumar", which is pending consideration.

Looking to the grounds taken in the C482 application, the same is being hereby disposed of with the request to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO, Dehradun, to make all efforts to decide the Special Sessions Trial No.76 of 2020, "State Vs. Arvind Kumar", as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of the production of the certified copy of this judgment. Subject to condition there is no other legal impediment.

Subject to the above, the C482 application stands disposed of.
