JUDGMENT
Petitioner has sought following reliefs in this writ petition:-
"i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for the record of the case and quash the order dated 5-8- 2017 contained in Annexure no. 7 to the writ petition.
ii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularized the service of the petitioner on the post of Group-'D' (Chaukidar) from the date juniors to the petitioner has been regularized. iii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Today, the matter is listed on a withdrawal application. In para no.3 of the affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application, it has been stated that respondents are considering claim of the petitioner for regularization and petitioner has been asked to give an affidavit that no case is pending, in any Court of law.
3. Having regard to the averments made in para no.3 of the affidavit and also in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Accordingly, Withdrawal Application (I.A. No. 18890 of 2022) is allowed.
