Present Application is moved by the applicant praying for Anticipatory Bail arising out of FIR/Case Crime No. 427 of 2020, for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Kotwali Gangnahar, District Haridwar.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant confined his prayer only to the extent that the applicant may be permitted to move an application seeking bail and the Court below may be directed to decide the same expeditiously, in view of the Judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of 'Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.
In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that in case the applicant puts his presence and moves an application for bail, the concerned Court will decided the bail application of the applicant expeditiously in view of the aforementioned judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
