The present Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant Iliyas against the judgment dated 02.06.2022/ 04.06.2022, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/FTSC, Udham Singh Nagar in Special Sessions Trial No.304 of 2019, "State vs. Iliyas", whereby, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years along with a fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 363 of IPC; he has been convicted for the offence under Section 366 of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years along with a fine of Rs.3,000/-; he has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence under Section 376(2) of IPC, and, he has been further convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.
