JUDGMENT: (Per Shri R. C. Khulbe Justice)

           Since the dispute arising out of the present
petition is in relation to inter se seniority of officers in the
cadre of Additional Assistant Engineer in the Irrigation
Department of the State, the Public Services Tribunal has
jurisdiction in the matter.

2.        We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in
this writ petition. We leave it open to the petitioner to
approach the Tribunal. We direct the petitioner to place
before the Tribunal the pleadings in the writ petition.

3.           Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
