This proposed revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, against the judgment and decree dated 03.08.2019 along with an application for condonation of delay.

Heard Mr. P.C. Maulekhi, learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter is very urgent and requested to consider the Stay application. He further submitted that the lower court record should be summoned.

Having heard the learned counsel, it seems appropriate to issue notice to the respondent on the delay condonation application before passing any order on the Stay application or before passing any order to summon the original record.

Issue notice to the respondent. Steps to be taken forthwith.

List this case on 11.05.2022. Let a certified copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the applicant today itself on payment of usual charges.
