Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT : (per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
Mr. Piyush Garg, the learned counsel for the
petitioner, submits that at present there is no need to
continue with the present Writ Petition (PIL), but
expresses his gratitude to the Medical Department for
establishing ventilators in the B.D. Pandey Hospital at Nainital during the first and second waves of the COVID-
19 pandemic.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays
that this Writ Petition (PIL) may be allowed to be
withdrawn.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition (PIL) is
dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also
stand disposed of.
5. Urgent certified copy of this judgment be
granted to the learned counsel for the parties, on proper
application.
