Mr. J. S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.2 filed a case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. against the applicant before the learned Judge, Family Court, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, in which, wherein she filed an affidavit in compliance of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Criminal Appeal No 730 of 2020, Rajnesh Vs. Neha and others, dated 04.11.2020, in the aforesaid affidavit she mentioned that she was working as Assistant Professor in ICE, College of Engineering and Technology, Grater Noida. Father of respondent no.2 just to make pressure upon the court below filed his Vakalatnama.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2. Steps be taken within three days. List after the notice is served upon the respondent no.2.

State may file counter affidavit in the meantime.

Connect this petition along with C-482 Petition No. 786 of 2021 and C-482 Petition No. 768 of 2021.

It is provided as an interim measure that the summoning order issued against the applicants shall be kept in abeyance till the next date of listing.
