                            JUDGMENT

Petitioners has filed an appeal under Section 21 (2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 against the order passed by Consolidation Officer. His appeal is registered as Appeal No. 148 of 2020 and is pending before Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Roorke, District Haridwar.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioners has sought a direction to the concerned Court to expedite disposal of the said appeal.

3. Having regard to the fact that the aforesaid appeal was filed in the year, 2020, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court to hear and decide the appeal of the petitioners as early as possible preferably

within 18 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
