1. This Contempt Petition was filed in the year 2019; however, notices were not issued to the opposite parties till date.

2. In view of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings cannot be initiated against opposite parties, at this late stage.

3. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is closed.
