                               JUDGMENT

Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral)

By means of the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to forthwith release the outstanding retrial benefits to the petitioner along with interest as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) To issue any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iii) To award the cost of the writ petition in favor of the petitioner"

2. It is the case of the petitioner that having served the respondents Corporation, he retired on 30.06.2019. But, the retiral dues have yet not been paid.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 to 4, would submit that due to financial crises, the Corporation is not in a position to pay all the dues immediately. He seeks, four months' time to pay the dues.

5. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent nos.2 to 4, to make payment of all admissible retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
