                          JUDGMENT

1. Against the order passed by Consolidation Officer, petitioner filed an appeal before Settlement Officer Consolidation, Udham Singh Nagar, which is registered as Appeal No. 107 of 2018-19.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said appeal was filed in the year 2018.

3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Settlement Officer Consolidation to decide the appeal expeditiously.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Settlement Officer Consolidation to decide the appeal expeditiously and make every endeavour to conclude the proceedings within nine months.
