Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed in Court today an order dated 12.06.2018 passed by Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No. 161 of 2017, whereby earlier order, contempt whereof is alleged, was recalled and the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn. The said order is taken on record.

2. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed.

3. Contempt notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged.
