                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the husband, who has filed a suit for dissolution of marriage, which is registered as Original Suit No. 17 of 2015 before Additional Judge, Family Court, Dehradun.

2. According to the petitioner, the said suit was filed on the ground of cruelty in the year 2015 and even after lapse of about 6 years, the suit has not been decided.

3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the aforesaid suit.

4.        Having     regard    to   the    facts      and
circumstances   of   the   case,    Writ   Petition    is

disposed of with a request to learned Court concerned to expedite hearing of the Original Suit No. 17 of 2015, as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
