                             JUDGMENT

Part of petitioner's commercial building was demolished by M.D.D.A. for widening of Chakarata Road, Dehradun. Petitioner wants compensation for demolition of his building for which he has made representation. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought direction to the Competent Authority to take decision on petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2021 and 02.06.2021.

2. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that petitioner is not entitled for any compensation.

3. Be that as it may, since petitioner's representations are pending before the Competent Authority, therefore, the writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the Secretary, M.D.D.A. to take decision on petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2021, which is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, preferably within eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
