                Having argued the case at some length, Mr.

  T.P.S. Takuli, the learned counsel for the appellant,

  seeks permission to withdraw this special appeal with

  the liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Almora.

withdrawn with the liberty to the appellant to approach

the District Magistrate, Almora.
