The petitioners in the present writ petition are rendering their services with respondent no.2 to 8. Their grievance in the writ petition is as against the impugned order dated 27.05.2019 and the consequential order dated 09.04.2021, which has been passed by the Managing Director; by virtue of which certain reductions in the emoluments, which was being already paid to the petitioners, have not been paid.

The counsel for the petitioners submitted that as against the same cause of action i.e. the order of 27.05.2019, a writ petition being Writ Petition No.446 of 2020 (S/S) Lalit Chand Tiwari and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others has already been filed, in which after considering the impact of the judgment passed in Special Appeal, as decided on 06.05.2019, an interim order was granted by this Court by an order of 26.06.2020 (Annexure 17 of the writ petition).

Since the issue raised in the present writ petition happens to be identical which is not disputed, and in the pending Writ Petition No.446 of 2020 (S/S) Lalit Chand Tiwari and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, connect this writ petition with Writ Petition No.446 of 2020 (S/S), Lalit Chand Tiwari and others vs. State of Uttarakhand and others.

This writ petition would too would carry the same interim order dated 26.06.2020. In the meantime, the respondents may file their counter affidavit.

List this writ petition after filing of the counter affidavit.

The Registry is directed to list this matter next showing the name of Mr. Manish Kumar Singh, Advocate for respondent nos.3 to 8.
