Mr. V.K. Kohli, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. I.P. Kohli, learned counsel for the appellant.

Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 & 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties on stay application. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that further execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 06.03.2021 passed by learned II Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dehradun in Suit No. 34 of 1995 shall remain stayed, if the appellant deposits a bank guarantee of the decreetal amount before this Court within two weeks from today.

List this matter after LCR is received.

Stay application stands disposed of accordingly.

Let a certified copy of this order be issued to the learned counsel for the parties, within three days, on payment of usual charges.
