                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner has made a representation for shifting of trenching ground from its present location to some other location. Since no decision has been taken on said representation, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court.

2. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that if petitioner makes a fresh representation, it shall be decided by a speaking order, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to Nagar Panchayat, Dineshpur, within ten days from

today. If such representation is made within the stipulated period, the Competent Authority in Nagar Panchayat, Dineshpur shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, as early as possible; but, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of representation alongwith certified copy of this order.

4. Let a certified copy of this order be issued within 24 hours.
