                      JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a resident of Bhimtal, District Nainital and he runs Paddle Boat business at Saattal Lake. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the construction of Zip Line over Saattal Lake on the ground that said construction is without necessary permission from the concerned agency.

2. Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions in the matter vide order dated 12.07.2021. Today, on instructions, learned Additional C.S.C. submits that the person, who is constructing Zip Line over Saattal Lake, is having necessary permission from the concerned authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the person raising construction is having

necessary permission, then petitioner has nothing to say.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed by recording the statement so made by learned Additional C.S.C.
