Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
(Via Video Conferencing) Mr. S.S. Yadav, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. P.C. Bisht, Addl. CSC, for the State. The present contempt petition had been preferred by the petitioner, seeking compliance of the judgment dated 17.01.2020, which was passed in WPSS No. 180 of 2020, Girish Kumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, whereby the learned Single, vide its judgment had disposed of the writ petition, directing the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of the order.
On its non compliance, the contempt petition was filed on 01.09.2020. This Court has issued notice to the respondent by an order dated 09.09.2020. Subsequent thereto, the respondents had proceeded to pass an order, whereby the representation of the petitioner had been rejected by the competent authority vide its order dated 01.07.2020.
