                       JUDGMENT

Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions in the matter. Today, learned Additional C.S.C., on instructions, submits that, in terms of order dated 27.08.2020 passed in WPMS No. 1441 of 2018 & WPMS No. 2422 of 2018, the Secretary, Industrial Development Department has taken a decision and final order has been passed on 06.07.2021. He further submits that copy of the order has been sent to both the persons, who have filed the contempt petition and other interested persons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if decision has been taken by the Secretary, Industrial Development Department, then nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, contempt petition is closed.

4. Contempt notice issued to the respondent is hereby discharged.
