This criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 05.11.2020 passed by the Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Nainital in Bail Application No.94/2020, as well as the judgment and order dated 04.03.2021 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge/FTC, Haldwani, Naintial in Criminal Appeal No.01/2021.
