This criminal revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 23.01.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2017, by which the revisionist has been convicted and sentenced under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Revision was already admitted by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2020.
