These are the two connected matters, which engage consideration of common question of fact and law. In both these petitions the petitioners have filed Misc. applications along with the rejoinder affidavit. The same would stands allowed.
The rejoinder affidavits are taken on record.
In both the writ petitions, there is yet another pending application which has been filed by the petitioner contending, that the issue involved in these writ petition stands covered by the judgement dated 17.11.2021, as rendered by the Court in writ petition (S/S) No. 1281 of 2020.
The learned Brief Holder appearing for the State wants to verify the aforesaid facts, as to whether the matter stands covered by said judgment or not. She is permitted to do the needful within a period of two weeks from today.
